We only refund items that were incorrectly sent or if something is missing from your order. If this happens to you, it must be reported within 24hrs after your order was delivered. NO EXCHANGES. 

**please note** all postage costs must be covered by the customer unless it was our fault.

I just ordered... when will I receive my package?

If you place an order Monday-Thursday before 5PM EST I will begin processing your order that day (Excluding Holidays.) If you place an order Monday-Thursday after 5PM EST it will begin processing the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 5PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. ORDERS ARE NEVER SHIPPED OUT ON SATURDAYS OR SUNDAYS UNLESS IT IS AN EMERGENCY ORDER. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. 

 

**please note** We are not responsible for any lost items during shipping. USPS should be contacted if any packages are lost.

 

For ALL orders please allow 1 business day for processing, and an additional 3-4 days business days for shipping (most orders arrive earlier) once your order has been processed you will receive your tracking number within 24 hours. 

Custom necklaces take 3-4 business days processing time + 2½ week shipping time. you will receive frequent text updates about your order.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, Pretty Girls TRAP offers international shipping. Unfortunately, it can be difficult to ship to certain countries! To confirm if we ship to you please e-mail me at: prettygirlstraplashline@gmail.com before placing your order to inquire whether or not your country is available for delivery! International Shipping is $18.85 and will ship out within 10-15 business days(including processing time). Please keep in mind that international orders can sometimes be delayed for delivery. All orders are shipped USPS.

what if I realized I ordered the wrong thing and want to cancel/change my order?

To cancel an order you have placed, please contact us through our contact form with the subject 'Order Cancellation' followed by your order number (ex: 'Order Cancellation(#1234'.) To edit an order you have placed, please contact us through our contact form with the subject 'Order Edit' followed by your order number (ex:'Order Edit (#1234')

Gift card terms/conditions:

**Please allow 24 hours for your gift card to be fully activated before use**

ALL Gift Cards are sent to the recipient via e-mail, and the purchaser will receive an e-mail with a receipt. Gift Cards CAN NOT be partially used. If you spend less than what is on your gift card total, you will have a remaining balance which you will be able to check, and can be used at any other time. Gift Cards NEVER EXPIRE.
